We have signed an agreement with Ypê, a 100% Brazilian company and leader in the hygiene and cleaning segments in the country, to supply renewable energy from the Rio do Vento Wind Complex. The contract is worth about R$250 million, with a duration of 15 years.

ArcelorMittal Brasil, leader in steel production in Brazil, signed a partnership for the construction and joint operation of the Babilônia Centro Wind Complex with 553.5 MW of installed capacity. The asset will supply 267 MWm of energy to the steel mill for 20 years.

DOW, one of the largest chemical industries in the world, signed a contract for 60 MWm of energy from the Rio do Vento Wind Complex. The partnership lasts 15 years and reinforces DOW's commitment to achieving carbon neutrality by 2050.

Anglo American is our partner in the Rio do Vento Wind Complex and will be served with 95 MWm of energy for 20 years. This volume represents around 30% of the consumption of the company's plants in Brazil and avoids the emission of 430 thousand tons of CO₂ annually.

Mosaic Fertilizers, one of the largest producers of combined phosphate and potassium in the world, is our partner in the Umari Wind Complex. The contracted 30 MWm of renewable energy represents 30% of the company's consumption and guarantees a reduction of 24.5 thousand tons of CO₂ annually.

Vale has an energy contract for 23 years with Casa dos Ventos through the Folha Larga Sul wind farm, in Campo Formoso, Bahia, with an installed capacity of 151.2 MW. The partnership is aligned with Vale's strategic vision of having 100% of its energy consumption using renewable sources.

We entered into a partnership with Archer Daniels Midland Company (ADM), one of the largest agribusiness companies in the world, to supply energy for five years. The energy, coming from the Babilônia Sul Wind Complex, supplies seven of the company's plants.

Braskem will have a wind energy source from our Rio do Vento complex for 20 years. With this partnership, together we will avoid the emission of 700 thousand tons of CO₂ into the atmosphere, contributing to Braskem's goal of becoming a carbon neutral company by 2050.

TIVIT's 4 data centers in Brazil and 30 offices have been powered by clean energy since 2022. With generation of 108 GWh/year for 12 years from the Rio do Vento Wind Complex, TIVIT is the first technology company in the Brazilian market 100 % powered by renewable energy.

We are partners with Vulcabras, a Brazilian footwear company with the brands Azaleia, Olympikus, Under Armour, among others, which will have practically 100% of the energy supplied by the Rio do Vento Wind Complex, with a 13-year contract and firm energy of 65 GWh/year.

Grupo Moura will have 100% of its load supplied by clean energy, with self-production in the Rio do Vento project, to generate 158 GWh/year over 15 years. With this partnership, Grupo Moura should avoid the emission of 60 thousand tons of CO₂ per year into the atmosphere.
