Casa dos Ventos is now accepting applications for the 2027 Internship Program, aimed at students who want to build their careers by participating in projects that drive Brazil's energy transformation. Opportunities are available for positions in São Paulo (SP) and Fortaleza (CE), with an expected start date in January 2027.
The program was structured to offer a development experience based on real challenges, continuous learning, and participation in strategic projects that drive the expansion of renewable energy in Brazil.
Interns will work alongside multidisciplinary teams and company leadership, contributing to initiatives in areas such as Engineering, Technology & Analytics, Finance, People, ESG, and Communication, among others. Throughout their journey, they will also gain exposure to new technologies and artificial intelligence applications for process optimization and value generation for the business.

During the program, participants will have access to a structured development track, which includes onboarding, technical and behavioral training, close monitoring by leadership, and a constant feedback culture.
In addition to professional experience, interns will receive a scholarship of R$3,000, plus a benefits package that includes food or meal vouchers, mobility assistance, medical and dental care, access to the Vitta health broker, and Wellhub.
