Casa dos Ventos and Aegea have signed an agreement for the supply of renewable energy through the self-production model via consortium leasing. The contract provides for the long-term supply of 13.89 average MW generated by the Seriemas Solar Complex, located in Mato Grosso do Sul. This initiative strengthens Aegea's strategy to expand the consumption of clean energy in its operations, focusing on sustainability and the reduction of CO2 emissions.
Sustainable supply for Águas do Pará and Águas do Piauí operations
The self-production project will directly serve two operations of the sanitation company: Águas do Pará and Águas do Piauí. Starting in 2027, the energy supplied will cover all electricity consumption negotiated in the Free Market by these units. This volume represents about 80% of the total demand of Águas do Pará and 60% of Águas do Piauí's operation, reinforcing the company's commitment to combining long-term supply with sustainability. This is Casa dos Ventos' second partnership with an agent in the basic sanitation sector, which highlights the advancement of self-production adoption by companies seeking energy security and decarbonization.
The partnership with Aegea represents another step in Casa dos Ventos' strategy to expand the offer of renewable solutions for different segments of the Brazilian economy. The sanitation sector plays an essential role in the country's development and has advanced in incorporating increasingly sustainable practices.

Portfolio expansion at the Seriemas Solar Complex
With an installed capacity of 400 MW, the Seriemas Solar Complex is part of Casa dos Ventos' renewable generation portfolio and is one of three photovoltaic assets that will be inaugurated in southern Mato Grosso do Sul. The operation expands the offer of tailor-made projects for large consumers, fostering the decarbonization of Brazilian industry and contributing to the construction of an increasingly sustainable electricity matrix for the future.
The partnership with Casa dos Ventos is very important for Aegea. Initiatives like this reinforce the company's commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability. Currently, 99% of the energy consumed in our units comes from renewable sources.
